Husband's 32, me 30, TTC since 3 yrs. I've been diagnosed with a very low ovarian reserve (i.e. POF= Premature Ovarian Failure) and have had fluctuating levels of FSH from 4 to 24 back to 5. With 2 unsuccessful IUIs and 1 IVF where after all the highest injections possible, they just retrieved 1 egg that never fertilized, I'm thinking of trying New Hope Fertility Center. The doc there has suggested a very different route to me so I'm wondering if he's the right one for me? I have read they specialize in cases with high FSH. All other doctors preach the Donor story which I'm not ready for. I've regular 27 - 30 day clycle, never missed one, why shouldn't I try more? I've insurance but will pay quite a bit extra out of pocket if I go with NHFC compared to if I go to CWRC i.e. Columbia but I am willing to spend all of that if it can give me the results I'm looking for. I'm already blowing up my money on acupuncture, organic stuff (food, cosmetics, cleaning stuff etc etc) and yoga! But if NHFC is good, I'll take the plunge.

What are some other high-ticket / high-income medical service categories out there?
The "elective" medical categories seem to be the highest, but I just need some help think of more. I have: Dermatology, Cosmetic Dentist, Plastic Surgeon, Chiropractic...
There are also acupuncture and what no, but I don't know i those would be considered "high-ticket"
P.S. I'm writing a research paper for school, but need a bit of help brainstorming these categories... Thanks for your help!

By "seem to be the highest" I mean highest paid doctors, yes. I apologize for the confusion.

I'm looking for some ideas as to what to call my new business.
It will be providing services at home for groups of ladies to undergo cosmetic facial acupuncture with options for physiotherapy and hypnotherapy.
The aim is to provide affluent older ladies with a pampering and rejuvenating experience.
Strictly professional along the lines of Botox parties...
any ideas for names (if you want to give funny names, try a serious one as well to help me out!!)
thanks

I am a man. Age 55 years. Right from my young days, my breasts are slightly swollen. I want to avoid excessive flesh without going for cosmetic surgery.

Lately, I noticed that even when I'm not frowning I'll involuntarily crinkle my forehead. In pictures it makes me look mad even though I'm not. Even when I try to release the frown, I can't! Is there some sort of acupuncture or massage therapy that I can use to eliminate this?

So, I've been thinking about doing this to see if it would improve my double chin. I saw on a TV show on TLC that a women did this and her chin looked a lot better. My chin isn't that bad, but it bothers me in pictures because that is all I see. Before getting it sucked out, I want to try something that won't be as painful or cost me a trip to Beverly Hills. I know I'll have it forever because everyone in my darn family has double chins too and they aren't fat :\
