i'm curious about Herbal medicine and i want to read about it without having to deal with fake internet versions of "infomericals".

I have tried to lose about 10Ibs for a while now but even though I exercise 3 times a week - cardio, weights and swimming, those extra pounds won't shift. My eating habits are quite good, not perfect, but reasonable, I do loads of walking as well! - I'm 42 yrs old and am still trying to lose post baby fat (I have a 2yr old). Any suggestions??

Please do not make it so complicated. Also, while searching, I often find in websites when it started and not how it started. I'm looking more for the HOW it started. A short description would be good enough. A long one would be ok too ^^.
