Help To Stop Smoking

Cigarest - Can it help to stop smoking and does it really work?

Author: Galena Peters

Smoking is an addicting habit that is really difficult to get rid off. It can cause some very lethal diseases such as throat and lung cancer and heart problems as well. Smokers not only risk their own lives but also the life of their family who face the problem of passive smoking. Quitting this habit thus becomes very essential but the process is easier said than done. And this process can become almost impossible if there is not help available. Cigarest is one such product that enables smokers to quit smoking and that too in a completely natural way.

Studies have shown that cigarest has indeed proven to be effective in helping people avoid smoking. But what makes this product a cut above the rest is that unlike the other quitting products that provide a measured quantity of nicotine to the smoker cigarest does the job without any nicotine involved. The main factor to be noted here is that while nicotine based products do cut out the craving but the fact that the nicotine addiction persists doesn't ensure that the person totally gets rid of the habit.

Cigarest comes in two types: gums and tablets. Both of these products contain a perfect blend of herbal products that slowly works with your body and help support you in the process of quitting the deadly habit. The ingredient of these products is totally natural and consists of herbal plants such as Cinchona, Nux vomica etc that have special detoxification properties.

Along with the gums and tablets this program also gives a very special importance to the damage the smoking may have caused to your lungs all these years. Thus special vitamins are also provided. These vitamins contain antioxidants which help the cells that have been damaged due the chemicals in the cigarette rejuvenate and get into working state again. Also these vitamins avoid any stress or other physical illness you might feel after quitting smoking.

You must be wondering that one of the most important factors is still missing which this program doesn't help in, the factors of determination and will power. But don't worry; you will also get a CD that consists of inspiration and instruction on how to quit smoking

Kicking smoking out of your system is very imperative and you must do it sooner rather than later. In doing so help is invariably needed so why not use a product that is natural and healthy rather than products that depend delivering nicotine to your body. And one more thing, there is a 30 day free trial available for the program right now so why not give it a shot!

Gout Pain Relief Through Ayurvedic Medicine

By Lisa McDowell

Gout pain relief is available not only through conventional western medicine, but also through alternative medicines such as the ancient form of ayurvedic medicine. In ayurvedic medicine, gout is referred to as vatrakta.

Vatrakta is indicated biochemically of:

- An augmentation in the concentration level of serum urate.

- Recurrent acute pain attacks within the joints, which may become persistent and chronic in nature.

- Occurrence of monosodium urate mono hydrate crystals within the fluid spaces inside the joints at the time of an acute attack.

Ayurvedic gout pain relief is not a generalized form of treatment and is therefore not the same for everyone. The recommended treatments vary from person to patient depending on the physical and psychological health and status of the individual. However, there are certain single and compound formulations that are used for gout pain relief as well as to minimize other symptoms of the condition. Some of the more commonly used formulations are:

- Guduchi

- Manjisth

- Punarnava

- Yashtimadhu

- Mahamanjishthadi kwath

- Shilajitwadi vati

- Panchitkta churna

Diet is very important to Ayurvedic gout pain relief methods, as everything that will increase the production of uric acid is to be eliminated from the diet. Foods that are considered to be purine-rich should therefore be avoided as they encourage uric acid production, these commonly include:

- Yeasts

- Legumes (peas, dried beans, lentils, etc)

- Beer and other beverages containing alcohol

- Oil-packed sardines, anchovies, roes from fish, herring

- Organ meats (kidneys, liver, sweetbreads, etc)

- Meat extracts (gravies, consommes, etc)

Foods that are often recommended during Ayurvedic gout pain relief treatments may include the following:

- Dark skinned berries such as cherries as they contain substances that act within the body to reduce levels of uric acid as well as minimize inflammation.

- To eat tofu in place of meats.

- Foods high in certain fatty acids (such as omega 3), for example, olive oil, flax oil, and certain nuts. These fatty acids contain important anti-inflammatory properties that help to ease inflammation in the joints.

Another level of gout pain relief in the ayurvedic style can include panchakarma, which can involve either a form of massage using medicated oils or snehana therapies, which have shown very beneficial results when treating gout.

If you are considering ayurvedic treatments for gout pain relief, you should first make sure to speak to your doctor or another trained health professional in order to assess your unique health needs and determine whether ayurvedic medicine is the right choice for you.

You may find that there are also other treatments available for gout pain relief that may work better or in conjunction with ayurvedic methods. These may include techniques such as uric acid manipulation through the pH level of the body. The only way that you will be able to make this decision is by speaking to your health practitioner and learning about the various techniques and treatments for gout sufferers before coming to a decision on the best approach for your individual situation.

Pinched Nerve In Back

Low back, hip, leg or foot pain can be caused by stenosis, sciatica ...

Pinched Nerve Lower Back

Author: Jason Erneston

Thousands of people suffer from lower back pain. In many cases, this pain is the result of a pinched nerve. The aggravation and pain can become so overwhelming that simple daily tasks seem almost impossible. Pinched nerve lower back pain can be managed. By understanding what causes the problem and some simple common sense changes to your lifestyle, it is often possible to completely alleviate the pain.

A pinched nerve is nothing more than pressure against the spinal column. What causes that pressure can vary. Often, the problem is related to a slipped or bulging disk. The misaligned disk can cause inflammation resulting in pressure. Typically, an injury or strain to the lower back is the root cause of the pinched nerve.

7daybackpain-468x60b.gif

Those who suffer from pinched nerve lower back pain describe it as 'shooting or 'throbbing.' Sometimes the pain is localized to the lower back but it can radiate out. This is especially true if the sciatic nerve is involved. This type of pinched nerve pain is a bit more serious and is often recognized by pain which radiates down one or both legs.

Because pinched nerve pain is associated with inflammation, many people with mild to moderate cases of pain find relief with over the counter anti-inflammatory medication. Others find relief with heat therapy. For those with mild pain, it is often unnecessary to consult a doctor. More severe cases may require medical intervention in the form of prescription medication. Muscle relaxants, pain medication and anti-inflammatory medication are used in varies combinations to provide relief.

In some instances, physical therapy may be suggested. This therapy, which may include massage and chiropractic care is designed to strengthen the back muscles and to correct problems with posture. Physical therapy can be intensive and take several weeks to several months, but it is often the best way to alleviate the symptoms of pinched nerve lower back pain.

Changing some habits may also be required. Repetitive motions at work often cause lower back pain. Sitting or standing for extended periods of time can also contribute to the problem. The worst culprit may be lifting heavy objects. Whenever possible, it is important to correct the movements that aggravate pinched nerves. If your daily responsibilities include heavy lifting, use a weight belt and proper lifting techniques. If you are required to sit or stand for the majority of your day, take breaks whenever possible.

Doctors will often recommend a program of stretching. Yoga postures designed to lengthen the back can be especially helpful for those suffering from lower back pain. Other common sense changes include sleeping on your back, wearing proper shoes and exercising regularly.

Pinched nerve lower back pain does not have to be an ongoing problem. Work closely with your doctor and therapists to develop a program designed to strengthen your back. Medications, massage, and some simple changes may be all that is necessary for a pain free life.

The Benefits of Acupuncture School

Author: Dave Poon

One of the oldest forms of oriental medicine is acupuncture, a technique of inserting needles into some parts in the body. Those specific locations where the needles are inserted are called as "acupoints" or "tsubo." Inserting a needle into each of these locations in the body is believed and is proven by manya€"both of early years and the presenta€"to be an effective means of restoring well-being.

With acupuncture's more than 3000-year history, it's hard to negate its healing or therapeutic effects. And thus, even up to this day, a lot of people support this traditional medicinal practice. Acupuncture schools are also becoming more prevalent now more than ever and many are interested in pursuing a career in this field.

A survey conducted by California Acupuncture Association in 1993 reveals that a professional acupuncturist can earn from ,000 to 0,000 per year. Perhaps to date, those figures have already doubled or even tripled and quadrupled.

But apart from the financial benefits of a career in acupuncture, practicing it is a form of performing an art for many. Acupuncture is something they are passionate about. They believe in its ability to restore health among human beings.

If you are one of the many who are interested in enrolling in an acupuncture school, you can begin searching online for a particular school within or near your place. Each acupuncture school differs from one another in terms of program offered, scope of the study, length of the program and instructors. It would be best to look closely into these things before you finally decide which acupuncture school to enroll in.

Most acupuncture schools do not require their enrollees to have undergraduate degree; however, most acupuncture schools require their students to have attended a course in college at least for two years. Degree holders are however most likely to be admitted in an acupuncture school, especially in a highly accredited one.

The Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine or ACAOM is the one that accredits an acupuncture school. If you seek for excellence in acupuncture studies, it would be best to enroll in an acupuncture school accredited by ACAOM.

Normally, it would take you three years to finish a degree in acupuncture. For working students, night programs and part-time acupuncture programs are also available. If you enroll in these programs, it may take you five years at the maximum to be able to finish a degree.

Once you're finished with the course, you receive a master's degree (Masters in Acupuncture or Master's in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). After the finishing the program, you may now take the licensure exam.

If you are planning to take licensure exam, it is advisable to enroll in an ACAOM-accredited acupuncture school as this is a requirement. Since July 1, 1999, the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine requires that the student who shall take the examination must be a graduate of ACAOM-accredited acupuncture school.

Many acupuncture schools in the US are accredited by ACAOM. You can check out the websites of these schools to know more about their programs and their admission requirements.

Charlotte Chiropractic

Author: Tyler Musson

If you are planning to undergo Charlotte chiropractic care in order to cure some of your recurring health problems, you should first check whether your insurance covers chiropractic services or not. You would feel calmer and relaxed during your Charlotte chiropractic sessions once you are sure that your insurance is backing you up. With a comprehensive insurance policy that covers chiropractic care, you could also feel more confident about setting an appointment with a Charlotte chiropractor for the very first time in your life.

Policyholders like you already have a wide variety of options when it comes to updating your health insurance plans. Since most policyholders enjoy having the luxury to choose from various types of treatment, they love it when their insurance covers for alternative medical procedures such as Charlotte chiropractic treatment.

If you want to determine whether your insurance plan covers chiropractic services or not, you have come to the right place. This article would explain how you could check your health insurance plan for chiropractic coverage. It would also demonstrate how you could seek for additional chiropractic coverage if ever you find out that your current insurance does not have chiropractic coverage yet.

Talk to your chiropractor

In order to determine whether your insurance plan covers Charlotte chiropractic services or not, you should discuss this matter with your trusted Charlotte chiropractor. Ask him if he is familiar with how your particular insurance company responds to chiropractic health care. Your chiropractor has the capability to help you find the best insurance plans that offer chiropractic coverage.

You should also ask him whether he is familiar with the certain number of chiropractic visits that are usually covered in a health insurance plan. Since most insurance agencies do not cover the costs for the full amount of chiropractic care, you should ask your Charlotte chiropractor to help you find a plan that covers a reasonable amount of chiropractic visits.

Looking for chiropractic coverage

When looking for additional Charlotte chiropractic coverage that would supplement your health insurance plan, you should look for pre-tax flexible spending accounts that are offered by most employers. With the combination of chiropractic insurance coverage and a pre-tax employer sponsored insurance plan, you could get up to a year's worth of continuous chiropractic care.

You could replace your current health care plan with an extended healthcare insurance policy. This kind of insurance usually offers enough reimbursements to help you with the costs of your chiropractic treatment.

By doing these steps, you could make sure that your insurance offers enough coverage for your Charlotte chiropractic care.

Cortisone Injections For Back Pain

Back Pain Relief Works as Fast But Lasts Longer Than Cortisone

Author: Robert Rowen, Md

Back Pain Relief That Works as Fast a€" But Lasts Longer a€" Than Cortisone

Two months ago, I told you about Prolozone®, a tremendous breakthrough in pain management. With Prolozone, we inject an oxygen/ozone gas mixture into painful and inflamed areas.

It causes an extremely fast healing response. Now we have proof that this treatment is even better than the standard steroid shot for pain relief. Each year thousands of Americans are subjected to epidural injections of steroids for low back pain, sciatica, degenerative arthritis, etc. It's sort of a one-size fits all treatment.

a€œYou have degeneration, let's shoot it with some steroids.a€ a€œWe'll knock out the pain for you.a€ a€œDon't worry about the toxicity of the steroids. Just enjoy the pain relief now.a€ That's the mindset of the typical American doctor. Well, leave it to the Italians to show us up.

Italian researchers studied 306 patients a€" 166 had primarily disc disease and 140 had non-disc vertebral disease. All of them had acute or chronic low back or sciatic pain. The researchers gave them one of two treatments.

The first treatment was an X-ray guided injection of an oxygen/ozone gas mixture. This injection went into the area of nerve exit from the spine. The second treatment was the standard injection of steroids around the spinal joints.

Neurologists who did not know what injection the patient received (hence the study was blinded) evaluated all of the patients. There was little difference between the two forms of injection for short-term pain relief.

Both worked, with 80% of the patients reporting clear improvement. Most had complete remission of pain at one week. However, at six months, the gas proved far more effective for those with disc disease. Of 86 patients getting the O2/O3 gas mixture, only 13 (15%) had poor outcomes.

The steroid injection group had a 22.5% rate of poor outcomes. Among patients without disk disease, 6 of 70 (8.6%) receiving the gas had a poor outcome. But 21.4% of those getting the steroids had a poor outcome.

The oxygen/ozone treatment beat steroids long-term for both disc and non disc pain. However, for that non-disc pain group, they said the difference was a€œnot statistically significant.a€ What that means is that there was a 10% possibility that ozone's superiority to steroids for non-disc long-term improvement was due only to chance.

I know the odds on a craps table. Ozone was clearly superior in my book. There are hundreds of thousands, if not millions of epidural steroid injections in America every year. I will admit that the literature suggests that complications from these injections are a€œuncommon.a€

While I have seen permanent pain relief from these injections (after several injections), the effects are usually short lived. And, repeated injections of steroids have significant long-term risks. Steroids are potent blockers of inflammation. They also reduce collagen production, leading to long term weakness of the tissue injected.

On the other hand, the ozone gas mixture has several positive actions. It normalizes the levels of inflammatory chemicals, beneficially increases key enzymes, minimizes toxic reactive free radicals and, most importantly, improves circulation. After all, ozone is oxygen a€" the most important nutrient for cellular and tissue repair.

Where there is inflammation, there will always be a deficiency of oxygen. And oxygen is the key to actually rebuilding the tissues. Cortisone may block pain. It may reduce inflammatory chemicals. But ozone modulates inflammation. That means it brings the process into balance. It doesn't simply suppress one necessary arm of healing (inflammation).

It promotes the healthy balance of chemicals that oppose wanton inflammation. It provides oxygen the starving cells need to actually repair and rebuild tissue. Cortisone does nothing of the kind. Instead, it knocks out the ability of the cells to make collagen.

Even better: You might not need the X-ray guided needle to get terrific results. Since it's a gas, and not a liquid, it has much greater diffusion capacity. Dr. Shallenberger and I are seeing oxygen/ozone administered via standard prolotherapy techniques (needling) into more sensitive areas that rival the results of X-ray guidance. Prolozone is nothing short of miraculous.

The authors of the Italian study concluded: a€œOur most interesting finding was the increase in the number of patients with disc disease (disc-induced pain) who reported an improvement in symptoms. This finding supports other evidence that O2-O3 infiltration affects not only the symptoms but also the cause of pain by accelerating the natural recovery mechanism of disc herniation.a€

If you'd like more information on Prolozone, please read my report on it in the March 2009 issue. To find a doctor trained in Prolozone, please visit the website www.oxygenhealingtherapies.com. Ref: American Journal of Neuroradiology, 6:996-1000, May 2005

Dr. Robert Jay Rowen, a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Johns Hopkins University and graduate of the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine is internationally known for his work in the field of complementary/alternative/integrative medicine. He is affectionately known as the Father of Medical Freedom for pioneering the nation's first statutory protection for alternative medicine in 1990 in Alaska, against a concerted opposition from the organized medical community and an imported quackbuster.

A few years later, the Alaska governor appointed him to a term on the state medical board against overwhelming opposition from the medical establishment. His appointment was ultimately confirmed by the legislature with overwhelming public support. The rare medical freedom he enjoyed in Alaska enabled him to greatly expand knowledge and experience in a multitude of disciplines and therapies not normally found in medicine.

Jumping into alternative medicine in 1983 through a practice in acupuncture, he quickly expanded to nutritional medicine, chelation therapy, oxidation therapy, homeopathy and herbal medicine, and took intensive training in neural therapy and prolotherapy to help treat and eliminate acute and chronic pain. Alaska's laws enabled him to work extensively with innovative cancer therapies, ozone, and ultraviolet blood irradiation therapy. He is internationally known and respected for training hundreds of open-minded physicians in these techniques from around the world.

In 2001, he became editor in chief of Second Opinion, one of the nation's leading monthly publications revealing the frontiers of medicine. Thus, he reduced his practice load considerably to write and teach, and relocated from Alaska to California where he works part time with his like minded talented wife, Terri Su, MD at her Santa Rosa office, Radiant Health Medical Center, in the north Bay area.

How to Cure a UTI - Treating UTI Using Chinese Traditional Medicine

Author: Alvin Hopkinson

Despite the modernity of Western medicine, it cannot be denied that there are those who have more faith in using Chinese medicines to treat their ailments. Chinese medicinal treatments date back as early as 700 B.C. and the Taoists were the first to develop what is known as traditional Chinese medicine.

Urinary tract infection, is a disease that frequently recurs, and some sufferers are already wary in the use of antibiotic as their UTI treatment. Hence, knowing how to cure a UTI using Chinese traditional medicines may be a welcome alternative method of treatment.

The Taoists beliefs adhered to the principles of "yin" and "yang". According to their studies, the universe is actually a cycle of opposites. If there is day, then there is night, heat and cold, good and bad. A positive always has a negative.

"Yin" in Chinese is said to be the shady side or darkness while "yang" is said to be the sunny side or brightness. Now, this is said to be a basic element in knowing how we can cure a UTI by using Chinese methods of treatment.

While Western method of medication will treat UTI by using antibiotics, traditional Chinese treatment has to determine what is the "yin" in this disorder and will address this matter instead. Accordingly, the "yin" in UTI is heat that affects the kidney.

Thus, the opposite of heat being cold, this will be the treatment to address the kidney deficiency. The principle however is not far from Western theory that the heat factor allows the microbes to thrive when heat moisture is trapped in our underwear.

It can also be related to the doctor's advice of taking in plenty of water to keep the kidneys hydrated. Chinese treatment is also about detoxifying the kidney by taking in a concoction called Ba Zheng San or roughly translated as "Eight Ingredient Powder to Correct Urinary Disturbances".

In more serious cases of UTI, traditional Chinese treatment involves herbs and acupuncture. There are acupuncture points that will be given attention and one of them is known as Ren 3 or "Middle Summit".

This refers to the body part over the bladder, while another part which is the Spleen 9 or "Yin Tomb Spring" will also be important. The latter is just below the knee, inside the tibia bone. Applying acupuncture needles in these pressure points will allow the transformation of the damp heat to move out of stagnation.

In addition to these Chinese cures, the patient will also be advised to have a change of lifestyle. If the affliction stemmed from unsafe practice of sex, the patient will be advised to exercise more prudence because it is the root cause of his affliction.

This then leads us to a conclusion that whether the treatment is Western or Chinese tradition, the methods on how to cure a UTI is always a matter of rectifying or curing the main cause of the urinary tract infection.

Yoga For Weight Loss

Yoga for Weight Loss - Lazydesis

Yoga for Weight Loss: What you need know to succeed (part 1)

Author: shannon spoon

Using yoga for weight loss might not look effective to most people. I bet you they'll go: a€œNaw, it's just stretchinga€¦what can it possibly do to burn calories?a€
Well, a lot my friend. Yoga can work for weight loss if you use it right and I'll tell you what to do in due course.

a€œBut how exactly can yoga work for weight loss Foras? (That's my name by the way), ya'll just stretching that's ita€¦!a€

Boy, I can't tell you how many times I've heard that comment.

Well for interested parties, yoga as an option for weight loss is wise, safe and effective.
Remember, it is the oldest physical culture known to man and not only does this exercise work the body, it works the mind and soul as well. Hey, have you seen Madonna, Sting or Russell Simmons lately? (I can just see you go: a€œForasa€¦they were never overweight so don't go there! Wella€¦they never gained weight either and they actually all still look good for there ages right?

Okay, here are the poses I recommend you use when using Yoga for weight loss.
Now my friend, I will go over what I believe is the CORE of Yoga Poses.
Trust me, there have been times when I did this alone and still got the benefits that yoga gives from daily practice.

Let's take notes:

The Sun Salutations When using Yoga for Weight Loss:

These exercises are a combination of Yoga Poses, Breathing Exercises, Sun Bathing and Prayer. They have been practiced for centuries by Yoga Practitioners in India, Martial Artists and African Wrestlers and as a system to rejuvenate the body and soul are beyond compare. It's been said in the Drugless Healing circles that one round of the Sun Salutations is much better than a week of exercises at the gym!

They are very simple to learn and just about anyone, regardless of their fitness or flexibility levels can learn these simple exercises. In actuality, if you are familiar with a€œburpiesa€ (the calisthenics exercise), they do derive their origin from the Sun Salutations.

Here are some of their benefits:
-They alleviate disorders of the skin and waist.
-Flexibility increases and breathing is corrected, moreover, they mildly exercise the legs and arms, thus increasing the circulation.
-They are the best way to burn calories and reduce weight and are often recommended for obesity and depression.
-They are an effective way of loosening up, stretching and massaging all joints and internal organs of the body.
-They stimulate and balance all the systems of the body including the endocrine, circulatory, reproductive and digestive system.

Technique:

1. Stand straight with the palms together as in a prayer position.

2. Inhale and stretch the arms above the head.

3. Exhale and bend forward while touching the toes.

4. Inhale and stretch the right leg away from the body in a big backward step and keep the hands and left foot firmly on the ground. Bending the head backward the left knee should be between the hands.

5. Inhale and hold the breath. Move the left leg from the body and, keeping both feet together and the knees of the floor, rest on the hands (arms straight) and keep the body in a straight line from head to foot.

6. Exhale and lower the body to the floor. In this position, only 8 portions of the body come in contact with the floor: the two feet, two knees, two hands, chest and forehead.

7. Inhale and bend back as much as possible bending the spine to the maximum.

8. Exhale and lift the body of the floor. Keep the feet and heels on the floor.

9. Inhale and bring the right foot along the level of the hands; left foot and knee should touch the ground. Look up, bending the spine slightly (same position as #4)

10. Exhale and bring the left leg forward. Keep the knees straight and bring the head down to the knees as in the third position.

11. Raise the arms overhead and bend backward inhaling. As in Position 2.

12. Exhale and drop the arms and relax.

You have now completed one round.

Perform as many rounds as possible in multiples of 3. Ideally you want to aim for 6 rounds minimum and up to a maximum of 30. It only takes about 5-10 minutes, depending on your speed and intensity and is best practiced with as little clothing as possible before an open air window first thing in the morning.

Okay, we've gone over the core pose or combination thereof when using Yoga for weight loss in this part of the series of this article. I'll go over SPECIFIC poses (asanas) that will target the trouble spots and some breathing exercises that would speed up burning up of calories. But my friends, note, when I say use yoga for weight loss; I mean ALL its limbs: the poses, the prescribed diet for practice and mind-set. If you were doing conventional exercise for weight loss, you'd know to eat a healthier diet righta€¦?
Well the same applies to yoga for weight loss as well friends.

See you in part 2 of this article. Yoga for Weight Loss

Treatment of Acute Back Pain : An Interdisciplinary Approach

Chronic Back Pain vs Acute Back Pain- What's the Difference?

Author: Peter Turner

What is chronic back pain? How does it differ from acute back pain? Are the treatments for acute different from chronic? Bad backs affect a majority of Americans. Second only to the common cold. Back problems are the leading cause of work related injuries.

We spend nearly 50 billion a year on treatments for back pain. Usually most of these back problems take care of themselves. With a little rest an over the counter medication and  application of a cold pack most of us are back on our feet. This type of back condition is called "acute". The pain and discomfort is real, but the duration is short.

Chronic back pain is when the pain persists for longer than three months, which was the case with me. Chronic pain usually indicates a more severe problem than just a sore muscle. If left untreated permanent damage can result. Many times the source of chronic pain may be difficult to determine and treat. Some of the more common treatments are, physical therapy, surgery and or electrical stimulation and many times as in my case all three. Some people even after all these treatments and in many cases multiple treatments still have the pain and live with their pain for months, even years.

I believe the problem is most treatments even physical therapy doesn't get at the "root cause"  of the problem. In other words something is present that is causing the pain to return despite all the money, time and treatments. Many times this root cause is muscle imbalance. When one set of muscles are stronger than another and is pulling your spine out of alignment and putting undue stress on disc and nerves.

The solution then is to find a program or solution that will correct this muscle imbalance. One of the top rated programs is The Lose The Back Pain System developed by The Healthy Back Institute. This program has helped thousands to lose their back pain for good. The Lose The Back Pain System custom designs a program of specific movements and exercises tailored to your exact needs.
