Someone I know is going through a lot of pain. IT started with gastritis which has been going on for a year. The h. pylori is gone, but the pain is still there and Zantac or Nexium don't help that much. About 9 months ago she started having leg pains which soon spread and then she now has leg, back, arm, and hand pains too. They have been to several doctors who all have different ideas. All her blood tests came out fine now, but in the beginning, her iron and ferretin were very low. She brought those up to normal, but the pain didn't decrease. One of her doctors said that she doesn't have Fibromalgyia. She's done all kinds of things to fight it, including fitness training, acupuncture, stretches, etc, but nothing has helped. I'm hoping somebody here might have an answer, but I really doubt if I'll get that lucky. Thanks for any help!

I have been feeling sick from allergy, and just had sinus infection. Went to see my conventional doctor. I still feel just not right, and started to feel aches and pain. I suffer depression and anxiety as well. Anyway, My friends has been telling me to go Holistic, not to go to a MD. So, I started to go to a holistic therapist Accupuncture / massage therapist. today, I went with a different conventional doctor, she said I am fine, but go see a psychiatrist I do not know what medicine is working or doing what and what I need or do not need anymore. And I do not feel just quite right with my body. I do not believe it has nothing to do with depression no anxiety. I am so lost do not know what to do.

I'm wondering if anyone has done acupuncture for fertility. I've heard it helps but how many sessions should you have under your belt until you do IUI? I'm going to be going in on June 7th and 8th for IUI so I would only be able to get to acupuncture appts. in. My question is.... Is it worth spending the money for 2 treatments or not?
We conceived or first with IUI (2nd try) and now we've already did 2 try's and nothing

Personally to me, Dim Mak is a real style. Though the thing about "CHI" is fake.
Using pressures points against an opponent works though. My friend has tested it on me. I tried to face punch him. He ducks and quickly jabbed my arms with his fingers!
I went to some accupuncture guy he recommended me to go to because my arm still hurt like hell. I was still astonished. Half of this is real and fake. The parts about the "mysticism and chi" is garbage. But the fighting style is real.
Some people are to stubborn to go look at what accupuncture really is and just call something with a part in it "made up", fake.
People in weirdo crazy villages say, "antbites are from some demon", yes that part is fake, but antbites are real.

I want to quit smoking and I am trying to figure out the best way for me. I have read about hypnosis and acupuncture. Has anyone tried that? Chantix is too expensive but I have heard it works well. What about the patch? Anyone done that one? I really need some help.

only solution, tried the steroid injections but doctor won't give more as they tend to weaken the bones. Do you get such a thing as a shoulder replacement ? Not kidding my shoulders ache all day and worse in the morning. Fell down stairs caused it.
